It was a gorgeous day and there was fun to be had on the summit. If anyone was in the Whitney basin Saturday early afternoon, Im sure you heard our big "Woohoo's". We ascended the NW arete and took a variety of off-piste routes back to the Portal for the best burgers in the world, followed by Happy Birthday pie and cake. Photos
